Former DuPont Workers' Claims Move Forward

Law360 (June 15, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An appeals court will listen to a case in which over 50 plaintiffs have alleged that their former employer, E.I. du Pont Nemours and Company Inc., reneged on a promise to not sell a unit after asking them to transfer to it.
