Law360, New York (September 7, 2011, 1:13 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Tuesday hit A10 Networks Inc. with $26,680 in sanctions for failing to timely produce source code and publicly filing confidential information of Brocade Communications Systems Inc., which accuses A10 of poaching trade secrets and workers, as well as breach of contract.
U.S. District Judge Lucy Koh said the court had issued two discovery orders requiring the tech company to produce its source code, and the company violated both of them.
