Czech Software Piracy Rate Drops to 40%

Law360, New York (October 12, 2003, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The share of pirated software in the Czech Republic dropped to 40% this year from 44% last year, CTK Business News reported, citing estimates from the police. About ten years ago, software firms estimated that 60% of the software used in the Czech Republic was pirated.
