Mo. Lawmakers Move To Alter Teacher Social Media Ban

Law360, New York (September 7, 2011, 7:08 PM EDT) -- A Missouri Senate committee Wednesday started efforts to repeal controversial language in a "Facebook law" prohibiting teachers from private conversations with students on social networking sites, after a state judge put a halt to the statute for its "chilling effect on speech."
