Makers Of Acne Cure Apps Settle FTC Claims

Law360, New York (September 8, 2011, 3:09 PM EDT) -- The Federal Trade Commission on Thursday announced a settlement with the creators of two smartphone apps that falsely claimed to treat acne, the first cases the agency has brought over health claims in the mobile app market.
