Wachovia Pursues Case Against Delphi Manager

Law360 (June 15, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Wachovia Bank has appealed a bankruptcy court decision stopping it from proceeding with a lawsuit it brought against a manager at bankrupt Delphi Corp.

The U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York took the case Thursday, after the bank appealed the May 2 decision of Judge Robert D. Drain in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the Southern District of New York.
