Gibson Gets Insurer's Flood Damage Suit Plucked

Law360, Washington (September 8, 2011, 7:26 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Wednesday tossed a suit brought by Gibson Guitar Corp.'s insurer seeking to dodge responsibility for covering a flood at Gibson's Nashville, Tenn., headquarters that caused millions in damage and destroyed the original guitars of many famous musicians.
