ITC Keeps Duties On Pipe From Japan, Romania

Law360, San Diego (September 9, 2011, 4:54 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission on Friday determined that anti-dumping duties should remain on imports of carbon and alloy seamless pipe from Japan and Romania.

Based on five-year sunset reviews, the commission concluded that revoking the duties on carbon and alloy seamless standard, line and pressure pipe from the two countries would likely lead to the continuation or recurrence of material injury to the U.S. industry in the near future.
