H20 Plus Settles Skin Product Mold Suit Against Arch

Law360, New York (September 12, 2011, 12:25 PM EDT) -- Skin and hair product maker H2O Plus LLC on Friday settled a breach of contract suit in New Jersey alleging Arch Chemicals Inc. sold it a preservative that failed to prevent mold growth in skin care products and forced a recall.

U.S. District Judge Esther Salas dismissed the suit with prejudice, saying H2O and Arch had agreed to dismiss the breach of contract and fraud action, with each side paying its own expenses. H2O and Arch did not reveal the settlement terms, and lawyers for both...
