Fed. Circ. Upholds DOC Duty Rate On Vietnamese Fish

Law360, New York (September 12, 2011, 6:54 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Monday rejected Vietnamese seafood exporter QVD Food Co. Ltd.'s challenge to the U.S. Department of Commerce’s calculation of anti-dumping duties on its fish fillets, finding the agency's valuation of the fish was backed by substantial evidence.
