TerreStar Shareholder Questions Akin Gump's Objectivity

Law360, New York (September 12, 2011, 6:58 PM EDT) -- TerreStar Corp. shareholder Mohawk Capital LLC objected to the satellite communications company's disclosure statement Friday, saying it undervalued assets and that attorneys at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP were too involved with an affiliate to objectively handle the proceedings.
