J&G Attys Shouldn't Get New Trial In Tax Deal Case: US

Law360, New York (September 12, 2011, 6:34 PM EDT) -- U.S. prosecutors objected Friday to a request for a new trial by two former Jenkens & Gilchrist PC attorneys convicted of selling illegal tax shelters, arguing a juror's alleged concealment of a history of alcoholism and petty crimes did not warrant a new trial.
