NAFTA Panel Backs ITC Move To Nix Mexican Pipe Duties

Law360, New York (September 13, 2011, 4:17 PM EDT) -- The federal government said Tuesday that a North American Free Trade Agreement dispute panel has upheld the U.S. International Trade Commission's decision that lifting dumping duties on Mexican pipe imports wouldn't significantly harm U.S. industry.
