Former SAC Capital Exec Settles SEC Suit

Law360, New York (September 13, 2011, 2:34 PM EDT) -- Convicted ex-SAC Capital Advisors LP portfolio manager Donald Longueuil agreed Monday to settle a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission lawsuit alleging he profited from insider trading with the help of expert networking firm Primary Global Research LLC.

Longueuil agreed to pay back $352,842.60 in gains and interest he received, although that amount will be credited by the $1.3 million he was ordered to forfeit in a related criminal case in which he also received 30 months in prison, according to a consent judgment filed in New...
