2nd Circ. Says Wachovia Owes Pay To Air Force Reservist

Law360, New York (September 13, 2011, 4:34 PM EDT) -- The Second Circuit on Tuesday affirmed a Connecticut federal court's ruling that Wachovia Securities LLC violated federal law when it failed to reinstate a former U.S. Air Force reservist to his position as a financial adviser after he finished his military duty.
