Nonprofit Contractor Challenges USDA Suspension

Law360, New York (September 14, 2011, 2:02 PM EDT) -- A Tennessee nonprofit that supplied vegetable oil to the U.S. Department of Agriculture for use both domestically and in exports sued the agency Tuesday, arguing it was unfairly suspended for the actions of its bankruptcy trustee and a rogue employee.
