Olive Oil Cos. Dodge False Labeling Class Actions

Law360, Washington (September 14, 2011, 5:19 PM EDT) -- Colavita USA LLC and other olive oil makers on Tuesday escaped two consolidated putative class actions in Florida federal court alleging the companies falsely labeled their oils as extra-virgin and charged top dollar for products that were low quality.
