USDA Aims To Expand BioPreferred List

Law360, New York (September 14, 2011, 5:37 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture announced a proposed rule revision Wednesday that would add air fresheners and deodorizers, candles and wax melts, and 11 other categories of biobased products to its list of preferred items for federal procurement.
