Some Union Fees Illegal, Calif. Workers Tell High Court

Law360, New York (September 14, 2011, 7:48 PM EDT) -- A class of 28,000 nonunion California state employees on Monday urged the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn a Ninth Circuit decision that nixed their win in a lawsuit challenging union fees used to support political causes.
