Alleged Vioxx Deception Earns Attys. $4M

Law360, New York (June 18, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Having lost another battle in its war over the much-maligned painkiller, Merck & Co. must pay $4 million to plaintiffs' attorneys in a New Jersey case that alleged it hid information from doctors about the heart attack risks of Vioxx.
