2nd Circ. Asked To Revive KeySpan Price-Fixing Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (September 15, 2011, 7:27 PM EDT) -- A class of New York City energy customers urged the Second Circuit on Wednesday to overturn a lower court's decision to toss an antitrust suit accusing KeySpan Corp. and Morgan Stanley Capital Group Inc. of conspiring to keep power prices artificially inflated.
