Energy Future Unit Wants DC Circ. To Halt Emissions Rule

Law360, New York (September 15, 2011, 9:57 PM EDT) -- An Energy Future Holdings Corp. unit asked the D.C. Circuit on Thursday to stay part of a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency mandate that requires Texas, along with 26 other states, to significantly reduce power plant emissions that affect other states' air quality standards.
