Facing Charges, UBS Trader Taps Kingsley Napley

Law360, New York (September 16, 2011, 3:25 PM EDT) -- A former UBS AG trader accused of going rogue and costing the Swiss bank $2 billion in unauthorized trades was formally charged in London on Friday, and retained U.K. firm Kingsley Napley LLP to manage his defense.

Kwaku Adoboli, 31, was charged Friday in City of London Magistrates with one count of fraud for abusing his position at the bank, and with two counts of false accounting, according to London police.
