Ceragenix Whistleblower Takes $10M Suit To Colorado

Law360, New York (September 16, 2011, 6:34 PM EDT) -- A former pharmaceutical executive's quest for payback from his bankrupt employer was moved to Colorado on Friday as he seeks to recover at least $10.1 million in damages for losing his job shortly after he alleged his bosses were breaking securities laws.
