Menu Foods Hit With New Class Action In Indiana

Law360, New York (June 19, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Pet food manufacturer Menu Foods Inc. was hit with a class action in Indiana on Monday, the latest in an outpouring of litigation after pet food contaminated with melamine killed and injured animals across the United States.

The suit accuses Menu Foods of manufacturing, researching, marketing, promoting, advertising, selling or distributing various brands and types of dog and cat food which was later recalled.
