Chevron, Environmental Group Seek End To Suit

Law360, New York (June 19, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Chevron Chemical Co. and an environmental group, which have been wrapped up in litigation for more than a decade regarding the discharge of pollutants into a Texas watershed, have asked a judge to approve an agreement to end litigation.
