BP Seeks To Snuff Norex Suit Over Russian Power Grab

Law360, New York (September 16, 2011, 8:27 PM EDT) -- BP PLC on Friday urged a New York court to toss Norex Petroleum Ltd.’s latest lawsuit claiming the British oil giant schemed with Russian tycoons years ago to strip Norex of its $500 million controlling interest in Russian oil company ZAO Yugraneft Corp.
