Israeli Co.'s Appeal Dies at the Supreme Court

Law360 (June 19, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The Supreme Court on Monday dealt a fatal blow to Israel Bio-Engineering Project's patent infringement case against Amgen Inc., letting stand an appellate court ruling that IBEP cannot sue because it cannot prove it is the patent's sole owner.
