Chrysler Dealers Lost Chance To Fight Sale: 2nd Circ.

Law360, New York (September 19, 2011, 5:01 PM EDT) -- The Second Circuit on Monday affirmed the ruling of a New York federal judge ordering eight former Chrysler dealerships to abandon their efforts to force the new, post-bankruptcy carmaker to take them back on board.
