Commerce Says Turkish Pipe Co. Didn't Dump Imports

Law360, New York (September 19, 2011, 4:36 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce concluded Monday that a Turkish pipe and tube manufacturer did not dump its products in the U.S. from mid-2009 to mid-2010.

Commerce's International Trade Administration issued the final results of its anti-dumping duty administrative review of light-walled rectangular tube and pipe imports from Noksel Celik Boru Sanayi AS, upholding a preliminary conclusion that the Turkish outfit did not make sales at less than normal value from May 1, 2009, through April 30, 2010.
