Law360, New York (September 19, 2011, 5:08 PM EDT) -- The Eleventh Circuit on Monday preserved Illinois National Insurance Co.'s win in a coverage dispute with Trailer Bridge Inc. over multidistrict litigation accusing the shipping company of fixing prices for freight services between the U.S. and Puerto Rico.
