IBM Offers To Settle EU Antitrust Probe Over Mainframes

Law360, New York (September 20, 2011, 6:52 PM EDT) -- IBM Corp. on Tuesday agreed to concessions that would make it easier for customers to repair and service mainframe computers, seeking to end the European Commission’s investigation into whether the technology giant abused its dominant position in the industry.
