SEC Watchdog Slams Ex-GC For Madoff Ties

Law360, New York (September 20, 2011, 5:11 PM EDT) -- Former U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission general counsel David Becker had a conflict of interest when he handled the agency's response to Bernard L. Madoff's massive Ponzi scheme, and may face a criminal investigation, according to a report issued Tuesday.
