BP Denies Lying To Halliburton About Deepwater Oil Well

Law360, New York (September 20, 2011, 7:58 PM EDT) -- BP PLC on Monday challenged Halliburton Energy Services Inc.'s attempt to add new fraud claims against it in multidistrict litigation over the Deepwater Horizon disaster, denying that it intentionally gave Halliburton false information to speed up drilling.
