Ex-Housing Head Hits Newspapers With Libel Suit

Law360, New York (September 20, 2011, 6:39 PM EDT) -- A former public housing authority director hit the Philadelphia Inquirer and the Philadelphia Daily News with a defamation lawsuit last week, claiming they published hundreds of false and malicious stories about him in order to sell more newspapers.
