Apple Blasts 'Obfuscation' In Samsung IP Fight

Law360, New York (September 21, 2011, 2:11 PM EDT) -- Apple Inc. urged a California federal court Tuesday to force Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. to turn over documents related to the development of products Apple alleges copy its patented iPhone and iPad designs.

Apple argued that Samsung had been engaged in “strategic obfuscation,” and had not produced any documents showing how the designs of the accused products were created.
