Brown Rudnick Hits Army With FOIA Suit In Contract Row

Law360, New York (September 21, 2011, 4:24 PM EDT) -- Brown Rudnick LLP filed a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit in Washington on Tuesday against the U.S. Department of the Army, demanding that the agency produce two contracts and related documents it needs for a client's bid protest.

Both contracts concern two family health centers near Fort Belvoir in Virginia. The first, awarded in 2009 to Spectrum Healthcare Resources Inc., is a $28 million agreement for the facilities' construction and operation.
