Skadden Reps Sage In $320M Health Unit Sale To Vista

Law360, New York (September 22, 2011, 1:40 PM EDT) -- Business software provider The Sage Group PLC on Thursday agreed to sell its stateside health care division to Vista Equity Partners for £205 million ($320 million), which it plans to use to buy back shares from stockholders.

U.K.-based Sage expects as much as a £70 million ($107 million) loss on the transaction, having paid £297 million for the health care software company in 2006. The company will return proceeds of the sale of Florida-based Sage Software Healthcare LLC to shareholders, according to a press release....
