4th Attorney Disbarred Over $55M Fen-Phen Scam

Law360, New York (September 22, 2011, 3:18 PM EDT) -- The Kentucky Supreme Court on Thursday disbarred another attorney for his involvement in a scam to cheat clients out of $55 million in settlement money stemming from a class action over diet drug fen-phen, finding that David Helmers' inexperience did not excuse his actions.
