Bayer Unit Can't Stop Rival Acne Drug Statements: Judge

Law360, New York (September 22, 2011, 5:23 PM EDT) -- A Maryland federal judge ruled Thursday that a Bayer HealthCare AG unit could not stop River's Edge Pharmaceuticals LLC from claiming its acne wash had similar attributes to one made by Bayer because it had not shown that these statements were false.
