Suit Over Solar Energy Project Too Speculative: Judge

Law360, Los Angeles (September 22, 2011, 8:17 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Thursday indicated that he would dismiss a lawsuit against the U.S. Department of the Interior and the Bureau of Land Management challenging a solar thermal energy farm's approval, saying the plaintiffs haven't proven how it would harm the Colorado River's water supply.
