Law360, New York (September 22, 2011, 7:07 PM EDT) -- The Ninth Circuit ruled Thursday that only the initial registration of a Web domain counts as a “registration” under anti-cybersquatting law, finding that GoPets Ltd. can't assert an interest in because the company didn't exist when the domain was first registered.
