Willis Group Accuses Ex-VP Of Taking Clients To Rival

Law360, New York (September 23, 2011, 3:53 PM EDT) -- Insurance brokerage firm Willis Group Holdings PLC on Thursday sued a former executive vice president, alleging that he breached his employment contract with the company when he quit to join a rival firm and then attempted to draw Willis' clients to the new brokerage.
