Goldman's Tourre Seeks Appeal In SEC Fraud Suit

Law360, New York (September 22, 2011, 10:14 PM EDT) -- Goldman Sachs Group Inc. executive Fabrice Tourre told a New York federal court Thursday that federal regulators' opposition to his proposed appeal of a decision in a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission suit proves the court should certify the appeal to the Second Circuit.
