McKesson Dumped Exec For Dating Co-Worker: Suit

Law360, New York (September 22, 2011, 9:30 PM EDT) -- A former McKesson Corp. executive filed a wrongful termination and breach of contract suit Tuesday in California court, alleging the company canned him after learning that he had dated a co-worker.

Charles P. Dunlap, who was a vice president at McKesson Provider Technologies Inc., claims he was accused of violating an alleged company policy against dating other employees that he had never been shown and did not know existed.
