Law360, New York (September 23, 2011, 5:12 PM EDT) -- A Missouri federal judge on Thursday denied a St. Louis photographer's request to block an episode of the Bravo reality show "Million Dollar Decorators" over allegations that the show used his work without proper permission.
U.S. District Judge Henry Edward Autrey ruled that plaintiffs Michael Eastman and his production company, Michael Eastman Images Inc., failed to show that he was likely to succeed on the merits or that he was likely to suffer irreparable harm unless Bravo was enjoined from distributing the episode of the show in which the alleged infringement occurs.
