Lady Gaga Caught In Bad Romance With Fan Site

Law360, New York (September 23, 2011, 1:38 PM EDT) -- An arbitration panel refused Wednesday to order a Lady Gaga fan to relinquish a domain name using the pop star's moniker, ruling that the woman's noncommercial fan site had a legitimate interest in the Web address.
