Judge Won't Rethink Ruling In Applied, Covidien IP Row

Law360, New York (September 23, 2011, 6:23 PM EDT) -- A Texas federal judge on Friday refused to reconsider a decision not to block Applied Medical Resources Corp. from making minimally invasive surgery devices in a patent infringement case brought by Covidien PLC, saying neither company still manufactures the allegedly infringing products.
