Judge Sets Analysis Deadline In DOJ's AT&T Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (September 23, 2011, 8:13 PM EDT) -- A Washington federal judge ruled Friday that the U.S. Department of Justice's expert analysis reports in its suit to stop AT&T Inc.'s $39 billion takeover of T-Mobile USA Inc. would be due less than seven weeks before trial.

U.S. District Judge Ellen S. Huvelle set a Dec. 28 filing deadline for the DOJ's expert findings, more than a month after the deadline AT&T had requested, but a week earlier than the date the DOJ had sought.
