Law360, New York (September 26, 2011, 4:16 PM EDT) -- The Seventh Circuit on Monday reversed a lower court's decision in a putative class action accusing Esurance Insurance Co. of charging customers for "illusory" underinsured motorist coverage that could never be triggered, ruling the suit belongs in federal, not state, court.
